摘要
利用模式识别优化技术对影响汽车发动机缸体铸件气孔缺陷的工艺参数进行了分析, 并找出了影响缸体铸件气孔缺陷的主要因素,给出主要因素的优化范围。本文研究结果表明模式识别优化技术可作为分析汽车发动机缸体铸件的气孔缺陷原因的一条可行途径。
By means of pattern recognition technique the principal parameters affecting the pore defect of qutomobile cylinder block cast are extracted in this paper. The available optimized quantitative ranges of these parameters are also determined. It has been demonstrated that the mentioned optimization technique can be acted as a technical approch to analyse the factors affecting the pore defect of cylinder block cast of automobile engine.
