T型钢板内固定治疗桡骨远端不稳定骨折体会

Experience of T-plate internal fixation in treatment of unstable distal radius fractures

目的总结分析T型钢板内固定治疗桡骨远端不稳定骨折的临床经验。方法对2004-09～2009-09收治的18例桡骨远端不稳定性骨折采用切开复位T型钢板内固定治疗,并观察其疗效。结果 18例患者随访12-26月,平均19.8月。术后3个月所有患者均骨性愈合,夹持力及握力无明显减退,无血管及神经损伤。结论 T型钢板内固定治疗桡骨远端不稳定骨折复位满意,患者术后功能良好,是治疗桡骨远端不稳定骨折的有效方法。

Objective To summarize the clinical experience of the T-plate internal fixation for unstable distal radius fractures.Methods The efficacy of T-plate fixation for unstable fracture of the radius were observed in 18 patients during September 2004 to September 2009.Results A follow-up was performed for 12-26 months（average 19.8 months）.All patients showed bone union after operation for 3 months.No significant decrease of clamping force and grip strength was found,and no vascular and nerve damage was observed.Conclusion T-plate internal fixation is an effective method for unstable distal radius fractures with satisfactory reduction and good postoperative function.
