摘要
本文研究了 用1亚 硝基2萘酚 为配合剂, C1 8 键合硅胶为 固相富集材料,流动 注射在线固相萃 取预富集火焰原子吸收测定痕量 铜和钴的方法。该 方法自动化程度高, 选择性强。方法的采 样速度达90h- 1 时,铜和钴的富集 倍数分别达 20倍和18倍, 检出限分别 达1.8μg/ L 和3μg/ L。用这一方 法来测定 生物样品 淡菜、钢样 N B S364和 N B S362等标准样品,结果与标准值相符。
Nitroso 2 naphthol (NN) has been tested as a complexing agent for on line preconcentrating copper and cobalt on RP- C 18 material in a microcolumn with FI FAAS system. The on line formed metal NN complexes can be adsorbed on the C 18 sorbent material. The adsorbed metal NN complexes were eluted with ethanol into the nebulizer of AAS. A good precision ( 1.7%,2.1%, for n = 10), high enrichment factor (20,18) with detection limit 1.8μg/L,3μg/L for Cu 2+ ,Co 2+ respectively and sample through put (90h -1 ) were obtained. The method was applied on the standard reference material for the determination of copper and cobalt. The results were in good agreement with the certified values.
