摘要
针对催化裂化装置主风机-烟机能量回收机组的实际运行情况,分别利用热平衡法和机组功率平衡法对烟机的回收功率进行了计算和分析;同时也对主风机和电机的功率及其他参数进行了计算和分析。提出了目前主风机-烟机能量回收机组存在的问题及改进措施。
Based on the operation of the axial-flow compressor and smoke-gas turbine, which is an energy recovery system, in fluid catalytic cracking unit, recovery power of the turbine is calculated and analyzed by thermal balance method and power balance respectively, power and other parameters of the axial-flow compressor and the motor computed and discussed. The measure of improvement for the imperfections is proposed.
