微孔陶瓷过滤器在聚丙烯装置上的应用

摘要 介绍了微孔陶瓷过滤器的结构、材质和工作原理,分析了影响过滤效果的因素。由于聚丙烯(PP)纤维过滤芯的过滤精度及纳垢率较低,导致PP粉料输送过滤器频繁堵塞。用微孔陶瓷过滤器取代PP纤维过滤器后,解决了PP粉料输送过滤器频繁堵塞的问题,消除了检修过程中的环境污染和粉尘爆炸的安全隐患。 It is introduced that the structure, materials, principle, and the factors to influence on the filtration effect of the microporous ceramic filter analyzed. As filter element made from polypropylene (PP) fiber has favourable filtration accuracy and tolerated low scale rate, resulted in the filter for transporting product powder of PP blocked frequently. In order to eradicate blocking in the filter, and prevent from environmental pollution or hidden trouble of explosion from stive during overhaul, the filter of PP element is replaced with one of microporous ceramic.
