概述了石油化工行业物流的特点、基本现状以及存在的问题。针对存在的问题,指出改革现行物流管理模式,利用现代信息技术和管理技术,加强与第三方物流企业的合作,对合理高效地调配产品资源、降低成本、提高物流效率具有积极的作用。
It is summarized that the characteristics, present condition and problems of logistics in petrochemical enterprise. In order to allocate resources reasonably, reduce cost and increase efficiency of logistics, the traditional logistics administration model should be reformed by modern information and management technologies, and strengthening cooperation with third-party logistics.
