摘要
本文报 导了通过紫外可 见分光光度计,对末 梢血中 S O D 抽提液 在 p H 8.40 Tris H Cl 缓冲介质 中与试剂配合,于 420n m 处 以试剂空 白为参比 测定吸光 度,即可得 出 S O D 活性值,由 此测定健 康人与糖 尿病患者红细胞中 Cu, Zn S O D 活性,结果表明,同年龄组 糖尿病患者与健 康人比较,前者 S O D 活性明 显低于后者,这说明红细胞中 Cu, Zn S O D 活性是糖尿 病患者一项较为敏感的检查指标。
Ultraviolet spectrophotometer was used to detect the erythrocytic Cu,Zn SOD activity.Certain reagents and the extract phase of SOD in peripheral blood were added into pH 8.40 Tris HCl buffer solution pH=8.40,and absorbances were detected in 420nm,and SOD activities were calculated.The result suggested that the compared with the same age controls diabetics had significantly higher SOD activity,which indicated that erythrocytic Cu,Zn SOD activity was sensitive for diagnosis of diabetes mellitus.
