摘要
唐钢第二钢轧厂连铸检修车间自2010年3月份正式运行PM项目(点检定修)以来,为降低连铸机设备事故率,提高连铸机设备的完好率,保证连铸设备正常运转,实现稳产高效,全厂5台连铸机组实施了点检定修工作,笔者对此进行了详细全面的论述。
Since operating PM project from March 2010,in order to reduce the accidents and improve equipment availability,ensure the normal operation of equipment and realize the normal operation,as well as the high efficiency,spot inspection was employed on 5 continuous casting units;the inspection was illustrated thoroughly.
