Direct Determination of Phenol and o hydroxybenzoic Acid in Environmental Water by Fluorescence Spectrophotometry

本文研 究了用荧光分光 光度法测定 环境水中 苯酚和邻 羟基苯甲 酸的含量， 在 ｐ Ｈ＞ １１ 时直接测 定邻羟基苯甲酸的含量，波长为 λｅｘ ／λｅ ｍ ＝ ２８９／３３８ｎ ｍ ，检出限为３．４ｎｇ ／ｍ Ｌ，线性范 围０—６．０μｇ／ｍ Ｌ。在 ｐ Ｈ＝ ６，波长 为 λｅｘ ／λｅ ｍ ＝ ２７０／２９７ｎｍ 测得 苯酚 含量， 检 出限 为４． ０ｎ ｇ／ｍ Ｌ， 线性 范围 在 ０—０．８５μｇ／ｍ Ｌ，回 收率 为９８％ —１０１％ ，结果满意。

The direct determination of phenol and o hydroxybenzoice acid in environmental water by fluorescence sepectrophotometry was reported.As the wavelength of λ ex / λ em is 289/338nm at pH>11, o hydroxybenzoic acid content is determined with a lowest detection limit of 3.4ng/mL.As the wavelength of λ ex / λ em is 270/297nm at pH=6,phenol content is determined with a lowest detection limit of 4.0ng/mL and a linear range of 0—0.85μg/mL.The recovery is achieved between 98% and 101% with satisfactory results.
