摘要
建立了基于粗糙集和模糊理论的装备维修保障能力评估模型.该模型采用模糊方法将定量指标和定性指标值转化为模糊数,实现指标的一致化,并利用属性重要度理论获取指标权重,最后采用模糊算子进行评估计算.实例计算结果表明,该模型能够较好的利用以往的经验数据,兼顾指标的客观信息和评估者的主观判断,评估结论较为可信.
The model was built based on rough set and fuzzy set theory.The quantitative and qualitative indexes were uniformized by fuzzy method,then the weights were gained by attribute significance theory,fuzzy operator was used in evaluation calculation in the end.Finally,the calculation result indicated that the experience data could be made use of by evaluation model,and the objective information of indexes and subjective opinion of decision makers also were considered.So,the evaluation conclusion was reliable.
