目前,我国劳动力市场存在民工短缺和大学生就业困难的结构性矛盾,折射出我国经济增长方式和产业结构的不合理以及劳动力市场分割和资源配置效率低下的问题。同时,民工荒和大学生就业难二者自身也存在结构性矛盾,需要国家宏观的战略调整和有关各方的切实努力。

It refracts that our economic growth way and industrial structure are unreasonable. And at the same time it shows the labor market＇s division and low efficiency, of resource arrangement. It needs the macroscopic strategy adjustment of our country and the practical efforts of those concerned to solve the contradiction.
