科研训练是提高大学生专业素质的有效途径,民族高等院校的大学生科研训练还有待进一步加强,本文探讨了民族高等院校如何通过科研训练提高大学生专业素质,总结了基于教师科研项目的大学生专业素质培养模式。

Scientific research training is an effective way to improve professional quality of students in university,that need to be further strengthened in the universities for ethnic minorities.We discussed how to improve professional quality of students through scientific research training in the universities for ethnic minorities in this paper,and summarized the cultivate model on improving professional quality of students based on the research project of teacher.
