民办高校董事会制度是在现行的法律环境下依法对民办高校进行治理并指导整个民办高校运行、发展的一项基本制度,是保护民办高校教育产权的有效方式,是民办高校利益相关者共同治理的结果。
The board system of non-state-run college is a basic system which is to govern and guide the overall non-state- run colleges＂ run and development under the existing legal environment. It＇s an effective way to protect educational property rights and a result of co-governance between non-state-run colleges＇ stakeholders.
