摘要
通过对齐河县1959—2010年的降水气象资料和旱涝灾害资料进行分析,阐述了旱涝灾害的演变规律,并提出了有效的防治措施,为防灾减灾、指导农业生产提供依据。
Based on analysis of precipitation meteorological data and drought and flood disaster material from 1959 to 2010 in Qihe County,the evolution of the drought and flood disaster was expounded,and some effective measures of prevention were put forward so as to provide the basis for disaster prevention and mitigation,guide agricultural production.
