金昌市金川区规模养殖场主要疫病抗体监测分析

Analysis on Main Epiolemics Antibody Montoring of Large-scale Farm in Jinchuan District of Jinchang City

采用正向间接血凝试验、血凝抑制试验方法检测了金川区10家规模养殖场442份血清4种疫病抗体水平。检测结果显示:口蹄疫、猪瘟、高致病性禽流感、新城疫抗体合格率分别为88.53%、80.00%、82.82%、79.14%,4种疫病免疫效果良好。

Using positive indirect hemagglutination and blood clots inhibit test method,the antibody level of four epidemics in 422 portions serun from 10 scale farms in Jinchuan District were determined.The results showed that antibodies qualified rate of foot-and-mouth disease,swine fever,highly pathogenic avian influenza and newcastle disease were 88.53%,80.00%,82.82%,79.14% respectively.The immune effect of four epidemics is good.
