摘要
目的:便于对马齿苋植物开展深入研究,并为其开发利用提供背景知识参考。方法:常规文献检索并进行分类汇总。结果:获得2000～2010年有关马齿苋植物研究方面的原始研究文献52篇。国内外均有关于马齿苋营养成分与生态方面的研究,国外对其生物物理与生物化学有较多的研究而国内对其组织培养与栽培管理有较多涉及。结论:马齿苋是一味值得深入研究的药食两用植物,有广阔的商业开发前景。
Objective：To study in-depth Portulaca oleracea L and to provide background knowledge reference for its development and use.Methods：To retrieval,classify and summary general literatures.Results：52 pieces of original research literature about bulletin of botanical reasearch has been acquired.There were many researches about nutrient component and ecology of Portalaca oleraces L both at home and abroad.The biophysics and biochemistry were reasearched mainly abroad,tissue culture and cultivation management mainly at home.Conclusion：Portulaca oleracea L is a kind of plant used both as medicine and food which is worth studying.It has a broad commerical development prospects.
