摘要 目的:探讨慢性肾功能衰竭(chronic renal failure,CRF)患者泪液分泌及泪膜稳定性的变化。方法:对48例96眼慢性肾衰患者眼及48例96眼正常人眼进行比较研究,观察指标包括Schirmer试验、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)和角膜荧光素染色情况。结果:CRF组Schirmer试验结果为10.17±2.19mm,泪膜破裂时间(BUT)为8.11±2.08s,均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=-11.103,P<0.01;t=-10.807,P<0.01)。角膜荧光素染色阳性率12.5%(12/96),高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.705,P<0.01)。结论:慢性肾功能衰竭患者泪液分泌减少,泪膜稳定性较差,易患干眼症。 AIM: To investigate the changes of tear secretion and tear film stability in patients with chronic renal failure (CRF). METHODS: The Results of Schirmer I tests (S I t), tear film break-up time (BUT) and fluorescein sodium staining on the cornea performed in 48 patients 96 eyes with CRF were compared with those in the control group. RESULTS:Both S I t and BUT were significantly lower in the CRF group compared with the control group. Rate of fluorescein sodium staining on the cornea in the CRF group was significantly higher compared with that of the control group( t = -11. 103, P 〈 0.01 ; t = -10. 807, P 〈 0.01 ). CONCLUSION.. The CRF patients are found with decreased tear secretion and poor tear film stability, so they are susceptible persons of dry eye.
