钢板内固定治疗跟骨关节内骨折

Surgical treatment of intra-articular fractures of the calcaneus with calcancal anatomy plate

目的探讨跟骨钢板治疗跟骨关节内骨折的临床效果。方法对45例跟骨骨折患者采用外侧L形切口跟骨钢板内固定手术治疗。结果 45例均获随访,时间为3个月～2年。根据Maryland评分标准进行疗效评定:优30例,良12例,可3例,优良率为93.3%。骨折愈合时间为3～6个月。术前B hler角0～20(10.0±4.5)°,术后B hler角恢复至25～40(35.0±3.5)°。无严重并发症发生。结论应用跟骨钢板治疗跟骨关节内骨折可以恢复跟骨的大体形态,能够获得较好的临床治疗效果。

Objective To evaluate the clinical results of surgical treatment of intra-artlcular fl＇actures of the caleaneus using calcaneal anatomical plate. Methods 45 patients with calcaneal fracture were received treatment of lateral Ltype incision and internal fixation with calcanea] anatomical plate. Results 45 cases were followed up for 3 to 24 months. At＇cording to the Maryland score, the results were excellent in 30,good in 12, and fair in 3, and the excellent and good rate was 93.3%. All eases got bony union within 3 -6 months, with no severe complications. The Bohler angles were recovered from average 0° -20° （10.0° ±4.5°）to 25°-40°（35.0°±3.5°）. Conclusions The internal fixation with the caleaneal anatomical plate to treat intra-articular fractures of the calcaneus can renew the calcaneal onfigurallon and achieve preferable clinical effeets.
