摘要 2004年1月～2009年12月,我科使用锁定钢板内固定治疗胫骨Pilon骨折39例,取得良好临床疗效。1材料与方法1.1病例资料本组39例。男28例,女11例,年龄23～69岁。左侧18例,右侧21例。根据Redi-Allgower分型标准：Ⅰ型11例,Ⅱ型19例,Ⅲ型9例。开放性骨折9例,闭合性骨折30例。
