摘要
目的探讨全数字化乳腺X线立体定位及活检技术对早期乳腺癌的诊断及治疗价值。资料与方法回顾性总结36例临床未触及病变,仅X线摄影发现乳腺微小病变患者的临床及影像资料,用全数字化X线立体定位导丝导向切除活检(stereotactic needle localized biopsy,SNLB)或核芯针穿刺活检(stereotactic core needle biopsy,SCNB)。结果 30例行SNLB患者中,29例一次性成功,成功率达96.7%;6例行SCNB者中,1例乳腺癌漏诊。结论应用全数字化乳腺X线立体定位及活检技术,可有效提高早期乳腺癌的诊断率,可对微创手术治疗提供精确的导向作用。
Objective To evaluate the value of stereotactic core needle biopsy and needle localization biopsy in diagnosis and treatment for the early breast carcinoma.Materials and Methods Clinic and imaging data of 36 cases with early breast carcinorma only found by digital X ray were retrospectively analyzed,stereotactic mammography needle localization biopsy (SNLB) or stereotactic core needle biopsy (SCNB) were used.Results Successful SNLB was obtained in 29 of the 30 cases (96.7%),6 cases received SCNB and only 1 case was misdiagnosed.Conclusion Stereotactic mammography needle localization and stereotactic core needle biopsy play important roles in the diagnosis and treatment for early breast cancer.
