Research and Application of Technology for Producing Thermostat Assembly in Automobile Engine

介绍了汽车发动机铝合金节温器总成的研制和开发过程中,通过攻克节温器本体铝合金压铸、CNC高精密加工、压管涂胶装配、总成密封性检查等关键工艺难题,成功地实现了节温器总成的产业化生产。该项目精度要求高,投产难度大,目前已成功装机50余万辆。

Key technologies for producing aluminum alloy thermostat assembly in automobile engine were described,including die casting aluminum alloy thermostat body,CNC high precision processing,pressing-tube assembling by coating glue and air tightness check of the assembly.Production-volume of thermostat assembly is successfully realized.
