摘要 目的:研究马钱子碱中毒后不同时间段内心肌细胞B-淋巴细胞/白血病2基因(Bcl-2)和半胱氨酸天冬氨酸特异蛋白酶(Caspase-3)表达的病理变化.方法:用20只Wistar大鼠为正常对照组,40只Wistar大鼠复制马钱子碱中毒模型,用免疫组织化学技术检测中毒后大鼠心肌细胞Bcl-2与Caspase-3蛋白的表达,并用图像分析对检测结果进行分析.结果:大鼠在马钱子碱中毒低、中剂量后的1~7d不同时间段内,心肌细胞Bcl-2与Caspase-3蛋白表达均高于正常对照组,差异有统计学意义.结论:Bcl-2和Caspase-3参与了马钱子碱中毒的病理生理过程. Objective: To study the expressions of Bcl-2 and caspase-3 protein in mice myocardial cells after brucine poisoning at different stages. Methods: Sixty Wistar rats were divided into a normal group and a brucine poisoned group. The expression/evel of Bel-2 and caspase-3 protein in myocardial cells was investigated analysis system Results: The HE staining and immunohistochemical staining results were analyzed by computer image analysis system. Results: The expressions of Bel-2 and caspase-3 protein in myocardial in poisoning groups were much more than those in control ones at different stages. Conclusion: Bcl-2 and caspase-3 proteins may participate in the pathophysiological process of brucine-poisoned rats.
