The features of the teras:hydrocephalus,three chamber heart,the same direction of face and buttock,deficit of abdominal wall,all organs in abdominal cavity bulged out,hepatomegaly,gallomegaly,the spinal column under thoracic vertebrae spired 180,so that the buttock and face were the same direction,the extensor side of two legs bent to the back side and spired with the spinal column,the womb was in front of bladder,the place of the other organs was almost normal,external pudendum atresia,sex can′t be differed from the outside.Hepar section microscopy:hepatic cells were lightly cloudy and swelling,a great many of lymphocytes and mononuelear leukocytes were infiltrated.Lab.examination:HCMVDNA negative Toxoplasmosis:ELISAIgG.IgM negative.
