体外冲击波治疗跟痛症的疗效观察 被引量:8

摘要 目的比较体外冲击波与普通物理因子疗法治疗跟痛症的疗效。方法将63例跟痛症患者分为体外冲击波治疔组33例,传统物理因子治疗组21例,对照组9例。体外冲击波治疗组采用体外冲击波治疗,传统物理因子治疗组患者给予常用物理因子治疗。采用目测类比评分法(VAS)对患者疼痛程度进行评定。患者根据自己治疗前、后临床症状、体征、工作及生活能力的改变情况,将疗效划分为缓解、有效、无效3个等级。结果体外冲击波治疗组疗效显著,且疗效优于传统物理因子治疗组。结论体外冲击波是治疗跟痛症的有效方法,且疗效优于传统物理因子治疗。
