摘要
大学生弱势群体已经成为高校不可忽视的客观存在,本文在对大学生弱势群体进行初步分析的基础上,提出了相应的职业自我效能感提升策略。
The disadvantaged groups in colleges and unive-rsities shouldn't be ignored.The thesis,based on the prelimina-ry analysis for these groups,puts forward the strategies of promoting the relevant self potency of career.
