How to Step Out the Dilemma of English Development in Agricultural University

文章对我校英语本科教学面临的新形势以及教学中存在的主要问题进行了阐述,并指出英语专业的发展方向应该相应的调整。根据新形势下对人才培养的要求,结合农林院校的优势,深化教学改革,更新人才培养观念,壮大师资力量,提高学生素质,走出农林院校英语专业发展的困境。

The thesis details the new situation and main problems faced by the undergraduate English teaching in Hunan Agricultural University.Also it points out that the modification of professional English development is very necessary.To meet the requirement of talents under new situation,and associate the advantages of agricultural university,we should deepen the teaching reformation,update the idea of cultivating talents,enlarge the teaching staff,improve the students＇quality,and finally step out the dilemma of professional English development.
