教师合作教学是同一课程组教师分工合作进行的教学和科研活动。合作教学能有效提升教师的素质和教学水平,有利于教师专业的发展,能有效促进学生发展、教师成长、提高学校教学质量。本文通过基础法语教学中多位教师合作教学的实践,探讨合作教学与教师专业发展之间的关系。

Co-teaching is the teaching and research activities completed by the teachers of the same course team.Co-teaching can effectively enhance the quality of teachers and it is conducive to teacher＇s professional development.It can also effectively promote the development of students teachers and improve the teaching quality.This article explores the relationship between the co-teaching and teachers’ professional development based on the teaching practice of French co-teaching.
