摘要
本文强调构建高校学生自主管理体系的重要性,以科学发展观为指导,坚持以生为本,突出高校学生干部队伍建设的重要性,结合新时期高校学生干部队伍的特点,积极思考探索,创新工作思路,转变工作观念,从加强理论学习、实把任用关、完善培训制度、合理使用先进、完善激励机制等六方面,探寻学生干部队伍建设的新思路,有针对性地全面推进高校学生自主管理体系的合理构建。
This article explores the significance about construction of the college students＇ self-management system.According to the scientific concept of development and the theory of people-oriented,for the importance of college student cadres,it creates new ideas and thoughts on changing the working way of students＇ self-management system by improving the training system and the incentive mechanism,strengthening theoretical study,etc.It promotes a reasonable comprehensive construction of students＇ self-management system for the college.
