本文试图从加强高校机关党内基层民主建设的意义与特点出发,努力探索推进高校机关党内基层民主建设的思路、办法和载体,从而达到积极发展机关党内民主、充分调动机关党员的主动性、更好地为学校的科学发展提供坚强的政治和组织保证的作用。

This paper tries to explore the main train of thought,the methods and the carrier about how to drive the building of the basic level democratically within the Party of college office from the significance and the features of strengthening the building of the basic level democratically within the Party of college office.By this way,it can reach the effects that democratically within the Party can be developed actively,the activity of Party members can be mobilized fully and forceful politics and organization guarantee can be offered better to colleges＇ scientific development.
