腹腔镜全胃切除术后消化道重建的方式 被引量：16

Gastrointestinal Reconstruction after Laparoscopic Total Gastrectomy

摘要 自从1991年日本Kitano等[1]实施了首例腹腔镜辅助远端胃切除术治疗早期胃癌以来,腹腔镜胃癌根治术的切除范围从远端胃扩展到全胃,淋巴结清扫范围从胃周淋巴结清扫发展到标准D2根治,手术指征从早期胃癌推广到进展期胃癌。
