摘要
目的：探讨抗青光眼术后白内障患者的手术方法和效果。方法：对７１例（７８只眼）进行了回顾性研究，其中眼压失控者１０只眼。结果：术后视力≥０５者３５只眼（４６０％）。结论：虽然术后视力较其它组差，但大多数患者均有改善。青光眼性视神经萎缩是影响视力恢复的主要因素。
To investigate
the surgery procedures and results on the cataract patients following glaucoma surgery
A re trospective study was carried out on 71 patients(78 eyes),among them intraocular
presure was above normal in 10 eyes The postoperative corrected visual acuity of 0 5
or better was achieved in 35 eyes (46 0%).Although the postoperative visaul acuity is
not as good as that in other groups,visaul acuity can be improved in most cases
Glaucomatous optic nerve atrophy is the main factor affecting the visual recovery
