摘要
绿脓杆菌性眼内炎是白内障术后一种少见而严重的细菌性感染。本文报告４例，并从绿脓杆菌的生物学性状、致病性及其导致的眼内炎的病因、临床特点、预防、治疗和预后各方面进行讨论。
Pseudomonas
aeruginosa endophthalmitis is a serious postoperative bacterial infection after cataract
surgery despite its low incidence.Four cases of pseudomonas aeruginosa
endophthalmitis were reported in this paper.We not only analysed biological property
and pathogenicity of pseudomonas aeruginosa but also discussed its pathogeny,clinical
characteristic,prevention,treatment and prognosis on pseudomonas aeruginosa
endophthalmitis after cataract surgery.
