摘要
目的:对1000例低视力儿童进行病因及康复调查,以达到提高视功能的目的,进而解决受教育问题。方法:应用远用、近用助视器进行康复训练。结果:有480例接受了远用助视器,其中375例(405只眼)视力由002~03提高到03以上。脱残率为7873%。接受近用助视器者275例,其中165例(225只眼)近视力由01~05提高到05以上。而学龄儿童对助视器的要求高于学龄前儿童。结论:通过应用助视器提高了低视力儿童的视觉功能,使有残余视力的儿童摆脱了盲文学习,有了接受正常教育的机会。这对他们的身心健康,拓宽知识领域及升学就业无疑是莫大的帮助。提示开展特殊教育的可行性及必要性。同时证实了低视力康复中心是提高低视力患者视功能的最后一次机会。
Objective:To investigate the etiology,rehabilitation and the
education status of 1000 low vision children.Methods:The distance and near low vision
aids were employed.Results:480 children used the distance aids,the visual acuity of 375
cases(405 eyes)were from 0 02~0 3up to 0 3 or better.The rate of extricated handcap
was 78 73%.About 275 children used near aids,the visual acuity of 165 cases(225
eyes)was from 0 1~0 5 up to 0 5 or better.The demands for the low vision aids for
school-age children is greater than the preschool-age children.Conclusion:The low vision
aids increase the visual acuity of the low vision children,with the low vision aids,they
could read normal print rather than using Braille,and are benefit to both physical and
mental development of children It also suggests the importance and feasiblity of the
special education and confirms that the low vision rehabilitation center is the last place
for the visual function rehabilitation of low vision children.
