摘要 1病例资料患者,男,57岁,因腹胀、腹痛1个月余入院。1个月前,患者无明显诱因出现腹胀、右上腹痛,发现肝脏肿大和腹水到眉山市人民医院治疗。有饮酒史30年,每日摄入乙醇约120 g。查体：一般情况差,皮肤巩膜无黄染,可见肝掌,未见蜘蛛痣,心肺无异常,腹膨隆,腹软,中上腹轻压痛,无反跳痛及肌紧张,
