摘要
目的:本研究观察50例镍钛记忆合金种植体的临床应用效果。方法:本文收集93年以来50例(共71枚种植体)。男27例,女23例;前牙28例,后牙22例。随访5年。镍钛记忆合金种植体为一次性种植系统,与纯钛叶状处植体相似。分为连接体、基台和植入体三部分,植入体部为偶数齿状。手术前,将种植体低温(0—10℃)处理,植入后加热(37—40℃),使植入体齿部恢复记忆向颊舌分开成60度,达到固位的目的。结果:5年成功率9014%,前牙成功率高于后牙,种植失败常因侧方力过大所致。结论:镍钛记忆合金种植体具有良好的生物相容性,界面呈骨性结合,具有很强的固位力和抗下沉能力,有较好的临床推广价值。
Objective:The purpose of the present study was to observe the clinical application of NiTi Shape Memory Alloy Implant(NiTi S.M.I).Method:Total of 71 NiTi S.M.Is were implanted in 50 subjects,27 males and 23 females,including 28 cases at incisor sites,22 cases at premolar or molar sites.Following up was performed for more than 5 years.NiTi S.M.I was one stage implant system,simular to blade implants.Before implantation,it was managed at low temperature(0 10℃).Then,Its original contour recovered when the temperature rose up to 37 40℃.Denture restoration was done 4 6 weeks later.Results:The successful rate for 5 years was 90.14%.The successful rate of implants located at incisor was lower than that at molar.which might be due to the laterally occlusive forces.Conclusion:NiTi S.M.I has excellent biocompatibility and good corrosion resistance property.As a kind of one stage and one piece implant system,NiTi S.M.I can be recommendcd for clinical application.
