非酒精性脂肪性肝病伴发血管内皮功能紊乱研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)与代谢综合征(MetS)各组分密切相关,也是MetS的肝脏表现,两者相辅相成。人们逐渐认识到NAFLD促进代谢紊乱,并进一步关注NAFLD进程中血管内皮功能紊乱,导致动脉粥样硬化(AS)与心血管疾病(CVD)发生率增加。NAFLD被认为可能是AS的独立危险因素,是否可独立预测心血管事件的风险尚存在争议,因此,血管内皮功能在NAFLD发展过程中的变化得到重视。此文就两者之间关系的有关进展作一综述。 Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD) is not only closely related to each component of the metabolic syndrome(MetS),but also associated with the performance of the MetS,and the interaction between each other.There is a growing recognition that NAFLD can promote metabolic disorders,and vascular endothelial dysfunction has been concerned in the development of NAFLD,which can increase the incidence of atherosclerosis(AS) and cardiovascular diseases(CVD).NAFLD may be considered as an independent risk factor for AS.However,it is also in controversy that NAFLD can predict the risk of CVD events.Therefore,people pay more and more attention to the vascular endothelial dysfunction in the development of NAFLD.The purpose of this review is to provide an overview of the relationship between NAFLD and vascular endothelial function.
