摘要
血栓和出血性疾病一直危害着人类的健康,血小板在其中起着关键性的作用。微小RNA(miRNA)是一类内源性非编码的小RNA,在人体生命活动中具有非常广泛的调节功能。目前发现,部分miRNA在血小板内表达,并且参与调节血小板内部相关基因的表达,为血小板内部分子机制的研究提供了一个新的途径,为血栓和出血性疾病的诊断和治疗也可能提供一种新的方法。现就miRNA与血小板相关的研究进展作一综述。
