Food safety problem related to the fresh food is a big and important issue for people＇s health.In recent years,as people＇s awareness about health and growing problems of food safety,food safety has already become a hot attention.Supermarkets,as the final link of fresh food consumption,play an important role to ensure food security,therefore building the management system of supermarkets is needed.
