摘要
我国民营企业当中的绝大多数选择了家族制的治理模式,长期"家"文化历史继承下的文化供给,使民营家族企业形成了特有的企业文化特征。"家"文化供给对民营家族企业发展的特殊历史阶段起到了积极的推动作用,但当民营家族企业的发展达到一定层次,必须淡化家族制的治理模式,用现代企业的"人本"文化供给去取代"家"文化供给,保持民营家族企业的持续成长。
The great majority of the family-owned enterprises in our country chose the enterprise mode of the household system manages.The culture supply in the long-term "house" culture history inherits,make the family-owned enterprises become the special corporate culture characteristic.The "house" culture pushed the development of the family-owned enterprises progressively.When the development of the family-owned enterprises attains certain level of structure,it must desalt the managing of household system mode.The family-owned enterprises must use the "Culture of making people the center" of the modern business enterprise to replace the "house" culture.So,will keep the family-owned enterprises can keep on the development.
