New Progress of Studying of FDI Determinants Theory

摘要对外直接投资是国际经济分工的重要方式之一,关于FDI的研究成为关注热点。目前,关于FDI的发生与发展的研究已经形成不同的理论与假设。文章首先从微观与宏观层面,分别对发达国家和发展中国家的FDI决定理论进行了简要的梳理与综述,然后对FDI决定理论的最新研究进行了介绍和评述。 Foreign direct investment（FDI） is one of the most important modes of labor division,and the study of FDI is one of the highlights.Now there are different theories and hypotheses of FDI determinants,and this paper reviews the developed and developing countries＇ FDI determinants theories in the macro and micro view at first,and then introduces the new studying progress of FDI determinants.
