西藏农牧民子女学业成就现状及其原因分析——以拉萨七县一区农牧民子女学业成绩为例 被引量:2

摘要 通过对拉萨市七县一区农牧民子女学业状况的调查,发现:农牧民子女学业成绩普遍偏低。家庭文化资本存量缺乏,语言文化类型差异,课程内容远离西藏农牧区实际生活和学校教育的应试教育倾向是造成学业成绩偏低的主要原因。从加强师资队伍建设,创造汉语学习环境和利用西藏教育教学资源,积极开发校本课程,增加教学内容的适切性等方面采取相应措施,是提高农牧民子女学业成绩的关键。 By investigating the educational conditions of the students of agricutural and nomadic areas in seven counties and one district in Lhasa,the result shows that the academic scoves of them are relatively low.And the lack in the cultural capital stock,the differences in the language type,the curriculum content far away from the real life of students and the examination-oriented education trend are the major factors.So the paper suggests that we should strengthen the construction of teaching staff,create chinese language studying envionment,develop the school-based curriculum and promote the educational achievement of children of students in those areas.
