硬膜外腔注射致椎管内感染6例报告

Spinal canal infection caused by extradural injection(A report of 6 cases)

目的：研究椎管内感染的特征和予后。方法： 对６ 例椎管内感染病例临床症状，感染细菌类型，诊断，予后进行观察和分析。结果：椎管内感染可分为急性， 亚急性，慢性三种类型。急性、亚急性很快致截瘫，慢性则产生马尾神经压迫症状。结论：急性、亚急性应立即手术， 予后均残留有不同程度马尾神经损伤。慢性者手术可解除压迫，予后良好。

Aim:To study the characteristics and outcome of spinal canal infection.Methods:The clinical symptoms,type of infection bacterial diagnosis and outcome of six spinal canal infection patients were observed and analysed.Results:The spinal canal infection can be divided into three types acute, subacute,chronic.The acute and subacute types cause paralysis rapidly,the chronic type producs compression symptoms of cauda equina.Conclusions:In caute and subacute type operation must be performed immediately,even though,some injury of cauda equina will still be remained.In chronic type operation can release compression and the outcome is well.
