Determination of CO_2 in small volume gas by gas chromatography using loop for sample injection

摘要 本文通过对仪器的改装和检测CO2的测试条件的优化,确定了真空法和吹扫法相结合的进样方式,进行了最小进气量的试验,确定了气相色谱法定量管进样测定小体积气体中CO2最佳分析条件。本方法结果重复性好,精密度和准确度高,可以外标法定量测定小体积气体中CO2的浓度,适合于非烃气地表勘探的样品、模拟气、天然气中CO2的测定。 Through reforming the instrument and optimizing analytical conditions,a sample injection method of gas chromatography(GC) was developed that combined vacuum method with purge method.The experiment to determine the minum sample injection volume was carried out.The optimal analytical conditions were defined for the determination of CO2 in small volume gas by GC using loop for sample injection.The concentration of CO2 was quantified by external standard method.The method has good repeatability and accuracy and can be used for the determination CO2 in non-hydrocarbon gas obtained in earth surface exploration,simulation gas and natural gas.
