摘要 目的:探讨电生理检测对周围性面神经炎的意义。方法:对59例周围性面神经炎患者进行面神经传导速度、波幅、针电极肌电图检测,并随诊2~6个月。结果:周围性面神经炎患者健、患侧面神经传导速度比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。以传导速度减慢为主者,2个月内临床有75%完全恢复,6个月内有95%完全恢复;波幅下降为主者,2个月内有13%完全恢复,6个月内有33%完全恢复。结论:神经电生理检查对周围性面神经炎的诊断、预后具有重要价值。 Objectives: To explore the significance of electrophysiological detection for facial neuritis. Method:The facial nerve conduction velocity, amplitude and electromyogram were studied in 59 patients with facial neuritis andthe patients were followed up two to six months. Results: Significant difference (P < 0. 05) in the conduction velocitywas found between the normal side and the focal side of the patients. The rate of clinical complete recovery in patientsmainly displaying decreased conduction velocity was 75% in two months and was 95% in six months. The rate of clinical complete recovery in patients with ampitude decreased mainly was 13% in two months, and 33% in six months.Conclusions: Electrophysiological detection might be important in the diagnosis and clinical prognosis of the facial neuritis.
