经脑外侧裂切除岛叶胶质瘤 被引量：15

摘要 岛叶肿瘤以低级别胶质瘤多见,手术是重要的治疗方法.由于岛叶位置较深,且表面有大脑中动脉及其分支,全切除肿瘤而不损伤其周围正常组织,难度较大.2005年6月至2010年6月我们采用经外侧裂入路切除岛叶胶质瘤60余例,效果良好,无永久性功能障碍,现介绍此入路的手术体会和要点.
