浆细胞膜糖蛋白1基因多态性与2型糖尿病合并冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病的关系 被引量:3

Correlation of plasma cell glycoprotein-1 polymorphism in the patients of type 2 diabetes mellitus with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease

摘要 目的探讨浆细胞膜糖蛋白1(PC-1)基因K121Q多态性与2型糖尿病及糖尿病合并冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病)的关系。方法应用聚合酶链反应-限制性酶切片段长度多态性分析(PCR-RFLP)技术检测糖尿病(DM组,n=80)及其合并冠心病患者(DC组,n=67)与健康对照组(n=83)的PC-1基因K121Q的多态性分布,比较各组间基因型、等位基因分布和频率及相关临床资料。结果 DM组KQ+QQ基因型频率和Q等位基因频率高于健康对照组(P<0.05)。DC组中KQ基因携带者为64.2%,而DM组中KQ基因型携带者为41.3%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在DC组和DM组中KQ+QQ基因型患者的数量是KK基因型的3.0倍。结论携带Q等位基因者对2型糖尿病的易感性增强,且更易患冠心病。 Objective To investigate the association between K121Q polymorphism of the plasma cell glycoprotein 1(PC-1)gene in type 2 diabetes mellitus or coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(CHD).Methods The K121Q variant in PC-1 gene was detected by polymerase chain reaction and restriction fragment length polymorphism(PCR-RFLP)analysis in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients(DM group,n=80),diabetes with CHD patients(DC group,n=67)and normal controls(NC group,n=83).Genotypes,allele distribution and frequencies,and the related clinical data were compared among the groups.Results The requencies of KQ+QQ genotype frequencies and Q allele in DM group were significantly higher than those in NC group(P〈0.05).The distribution of KQ genotype carriers in DC group(64.2%)was higher than that in DM group(41.3%)and showed significant difference(P〈0.05).The ratio of KQ+QQ genotype carriers was 3.0 times of KK genotype in DC and DM groups.Conclusion Carriers of the Q allele of PC-1 gene had an increased risk for type 2 diabetes mellitus and more susceptible to diabetes complicated with CHD.
