负压刀与传统手术刀及微波刀肝切除效果的比较

COMPARISON OF CLINICAL EFFECTS IN PARTIAL HEPATECTOMY AMONG MEDICAL VACUUM KNIFE,TRADITIONAL OPERATION KNIFE AND MICROWAVE KNIFE

目的 研究负压刀在肝胆外科运用中的临床效果。方法 比较负压刀切肝组与微波刀组和传统手术刀组在切肝时间、术中出血量及肝断面管道的处理效果。结果 与传统手术刀、微波刀相比，负压刀切肝能明显减少出血量，缩短切肝时间，尤其在肝断面的处理上，负压刀可使肝内管道系统“骨骼化”，在此基础上进行各种治疗性操作，如肝癌门静脉癌栓取出，肝内胆管结石取出等。结论 负压刀在肝胆外科领域的应用具有较大的优越性，提高了肝断面解剖及操作的精细化程度，可望对我国肝脏外科手术的普及和提高起到促进作用。

Objective To evalutc the clinical effccts of medical vacuum knife (MVK) in hepatobiliary surgery.Method We compared the bleeding volume,operation time and observed the clincal effects of some therapentic maneuvers among MVK,TOK(traditional operationknife,TOK) and MWK (microwave knife) Result With the help of MVK,the operation time shortened,the bleeding volume lessened.Its predominant advantages also showed in dealing with the vessels in operative section,such as picking out cancer embolus from portal vein or gall stoncs from intrahepatic duct et al.Conclusion MVK is a very good medical device for hepatobiliary surgry and makes the precise dissection of liver possible.
