原发性肝癌并发致命性血胸

HEPATOCELLULAR CARCINOMA COMPLICATED FATAL HEMOTHORAX

报告１ 例原发性肝癌肋骨转移灶（左第５ 肋）自发破裂，引起血胸而死亡。检索文献仅有１ 例类似报道。对肋骨转移癌的诊断和治疗进行讨论。

Here we report a primary hepatocelular carcinoma patient with left5 th rib metastasis.He died of hemothorax due to spontaneous rupture of the metastatic lession.According to the literature review,there is only one similar report so far.The diagnosis and treatment of rib metastasis from hepatocellular carcinoma were discussed.
