摘要
对１９８５～１９９５ 年间收治的六例胰岛素瘤资料进行回顾性分析，对其临床症状、诊断以及瘤体的术前、术中定位方法的选择和手术治疗的一些体会进行了探讨，初步认为选择性动脉造影，经皮经肝门静脉插管分段取血测胰岛素水平以及术中 Ｂ超，对胰岛素瘤的定位效果好，同时，术中强调充分显露胰腺，仔细耐心扪摸全胰腺，这是手术成功的关键。
A retrospective analysis of 6 patients with insulinoma undergomg surgical mangement between 1985 and 1995 was performed.The choice of the metheds of preoperative or intraoperative tumor localization was in focus,and some exprience in surgery was also presented.We think an accurate localization with selecled arterial imaging,percutaneous hepatic portal vein tubing sampling for determination of insulin level,or intraoperative Bus.In the meantime we emphasized on sufficient pancreatic etposure and meticulous pulpating of total pancreas during operation,which are the successful key of operation.
