洛丁新对糖尿病肾病病人血浆内皮素的影响

EFFECT OF LOTENSIN ON PLASMA ENDOTHELIN IN DIABETIC NEPHROPATHY

目的探讨洛丁新对糖尿病肾病（ＤＮ）病人血浆内皮素（ＥＴ）的影响。②方法应用放射免疫法测定３０例ＤＮ病人服用洛丁新前后血浆ＥＴ水平变化。③结果治疗５６ｄ后血浆ＥＴ水平显著下降（ｔ＝２．７９５，Ｐ＜０．０１），血压、血糖及尿清蛋白排泄率也均显著下降（ｔ＝２．０９４～２．７８４，Ｐ＜０．０５，０．０１）。④结论洛丁新可能有抑制血浆ＥＴ释放的作用。

Objective\ To investigate the role of plasma endothelin(ET) in the development of diabetic nephropathy(DN) and the effect of Lotensin on plasma ET in DN.\ Methods\ 30 cases of DN administered with Lotensin were studied.ET in plasma both before and after administration of Lotensin were measured by radioimmunoassay.\ Results\ After administration of Lotensin for 56 days,the level of ET in plasma lowered significantly( t=2.795,P <0.01),at the same time, blood pressure, blood glucose and the excretion of urine protein all decreased significantly( t=2.094-2.784,P <0.05,0.01).\ Conclusion\ Lotensin may play an inhibitory role in the secretion of ET in plasma.
